vu experts - what is the value of VU degree??? is it recognized and accepted in pakistan and worldwide?

i am confused by reading different ppl's comments about the degree..cn any one tell me is it recognized and accepted in pakistan and worldwide???what is its value?? kisi ko jobs mei maslay tou nai huay? banda mehnat keray and baad mei pata chalay k 3.5 years jo lagaye un ki koi value nahin ???? :(
